General

The Sika Shop is a B2B store. Registration is only possible for commercial customers. Please use the following link.

To get access to the Sika Shop, please fill out the registration form. Sika will send you the access data promptly by e-mail. Since this is a B2B store for commercial customers, we need up to one business day to check the order authorization.

With the access data you have received by e-mail, you can log in to the Sika Shop via the yellow button.

The B2B eShop Australia is for customers who have purchased from Sika and have been approved as a Commercial customer in the past with a business licence. Sika Shop is exclusively accessible to commercial customers who can prove their business license. As a private customer, you are welcome to purchase Sika products directly from your local distributor.https://aus.sika.com/en/where-to-buy.html

Order / Products

Under the tab Products you will find products and accessories from the Sika range. With the search function you can search for products by product name, article number or within a product category. You can also filter by category, color and packaging.

Clicking on a product will take you to the product page.

  4. enter the desired quantity and add the product to the cart.
  5. you can also add products to your watch list.

Yes, you can add your desired products to a watch list by clicking on the star next to the product. This watchlist will be displayed in your customer account in the upper right corner next to the shopping cart.

After checking the order as well as the delivery dates, you will receive an order confirmation promptly . During working hours (Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm) - The transmission usually takes place within a few hours after the order has been placed.

You will receive your invoice as usual (by mail or e-mail). You can conveniently switch to invoice via e-mail when registering in the Sika Shop.

You can store a desired delivery day as part of the online order.

Please allow 48 hours, however most orders can be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. In case of a longer delivery time (e.g. item is not in stock) you will be informed via order confirmation.

Invoice

Your existing payment agreement (prepayment or invoice) also applies to orders in the Sika eShop.

Customer Account

While you are logged in, click on your name in the Sika Shop and then on the menu item Profile management. There you can make the desired changes.

In the "Account & Overviews" tab, you can change your personal data as well as your password and manage the individual users in your company. In the " User administration " you can see an overview of all created users. For users of the Sika Shop there are three roles that can be created by the administrator "
